To use certain features of Archflow, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use Archflow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Archflow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

4.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all Content you create using Archflow. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your Content or close your account.

4.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Archflow includes AI-powered features, including "Archie," our AI assistant for documentation generation and architecture analysis. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output
• Your input may be processed by AI systems to provide the requested functionality
• AI features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion

6.1 Pricing and Plans

Archflow offers subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6.2 Free Trial

Archflow offers a 30-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features. No payment information is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically downgrade to a limited experience unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

6.3 Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions, all payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, invoicing, and payment processing. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and authorize recurring charges through Paddle until you cancel your subscription.

6.4 Refunds

Due to the 30-day free trial period, which allows you to fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You acknowledge that:

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for backing up your Content
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement
• We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security

We strive to provide reliable access to Archflow, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Update features, functionality, or user interface without prior notice
• Set limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that may affect their use of the Service.

9.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect our Service or users.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your Content may be deleted. We recommend exporting your data before closing your account. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCHFLOW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Archflow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your Content or its use through the Service

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us first to seek a resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts as specified in the Governing Law section.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Archflow regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
