If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Archflow includes AI-powered features, including "Archie," our AI assistant for documentation generation and architecture analysis. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output
• Your input may be processed by AI systems to provide the requested functionality
• AI features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion

6.1 Pricing and Plans

Archflow offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCHFLOW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Archflow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your Content or its use through the Service

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us first to seek a resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts as specified in the Governing Law section.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
